Facts for Collard Greens

Collard greens are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K and folate, and they also contain high amounts of fiber and calcium. A ½ cup serving of cooked collard greens contains 150% percent of the daily value for vitamin A, 30% for vitamin C, and 15% for calcium.
